As part of The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services Special Focus Facility (SFF) Initiative, the CMS Web site offers a list of nursing homes that both have had a history of serious quality issues and are included in a special program to stimulate improvements in their quality of care. An updated version of this list along with background information on the SFF Initiative is now available.
